Tara is a CHA Master Instructor that is certified to teach at the highest levels, level 4 in both Western and English, including jumping. She is also an EC Western Coach.

In the lessons students will learn to catch/turn out, groom and tack up their horses. Students will learn about balance and how to communicate effectively. Tara strives to teach in depth in a way that is easy to understand and apply. How, When, Why are very important to get desired results. She wants students to understand all of these. Safety is important. So is having Fun. Students will ride every lesson. Ground lessons to learn about tack, horse behavior, horse markings, feed, etc. will be included in lessons.

We teach lessons to all levels and all ages in both Western and English disciplines, including jumping. Students are eligible, as part of their normal lessons, to complete a written and riding test indicating their completion of CHA accredited levels. Level 1 is often attainable in 16 group lessons. Each of the levels 2 through 4 take a considerable longer time to achieve.

Students must be able to pay attention and obey instructions in order to remain safe. Depending on the student, four years old is the youngest age. Students are grouped according to age and riding level.
